WhatsApp's help pages contained hidden, non-visible instructions directing its AI support chatbot not to recommend a data protection authority or regulator to users who could not delete their accounts, despite WhatsApp's own European privacy policy stating users can file such complaints. The hidden text was removed from the pages by October 18.
