The vault_batch MCP tool in @roomi-fields/notebooklm-mcp versions 1.6.0 through 2.0.2 accepts unsanitized vault_dir and slug_prefix parameters, allowing arbitrary file writes outside the intended vault directory. This could be exploited via prompt injection to plant files in sensitive locations.
